Come make a youth or child's day by providing them an amazing victory experience! Both adult men and women are welcome to volunteer as opposition for the final battle in our medieval youth leadership simulations.
All final battle participants must register in advance. No walk-ins will be allowed.
How you can help
Aug 21, 2025 - Thursday
We need adult men and women to play the opposition and "battle" the youth ages 13-18 at our Hero Quest event.
Arrival Times: (estimated)
8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Ending times vary but typically opposition stays through the evening.
Aug 23, 2025 - Saturday
We need adult men and women to play the opposition and "battle" with our child attendees of our Summit event (girls and boys 8-12 years old).
Arrival Times: (estimated)
9:00 AM - 12:45 PM
Ending times vary but typically opposition stays through the evening.
Costume and Weapon Information: Dress in all black. If you have a Heroic Youth-approved sword, please bring it (bring extras if you have them). A sword will be provided if you don't have one.
