HY Youth Scholarship Policy

Scholarships are given based on financial need and meeting a few simple requirements.  These scholarships are for youth and child attendees. To qualify for a full or partial scholarship, an applicant or their guardian must submit a paper to info@heroicyouth.org with the following:

• Why the applicant wants to participate in Heroic Youth
• What is the applicant able to contribute financially towards their registration fee
• A short summary of the applicant's financial situation that creates this need

Our Scholarship Committee will review applications and determine the disbursement of scholarship funds.

Important: Please note that with the speed at which HY registrations sell out, we cannot "save" a spot for pending scholarship applications.  Please be sure to plan ahead and submit a scholarship request early to ensure you have the best chance to register before registration fills up if you are granted a scholarship.  Make sure you are subscribed to our email list to be notified of registration dates and see our Events Calendar and FAQs page.
