SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.  During high-volume periods (events, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.

If your order includes made-to-order or customized items, please allow additional time. Your orders will always be made and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Please note that items may be shipped from different locations.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• International Shipping is not currently available
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us, and we’ll help you file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
